Bell & Spina prepared a Court Facilities Capital Plan that detailed renovations to the four-story, 50,000 s.f. building. The first phase of the Court renovation received the American Institute for Architects (AIA) award for Design Excellence for Interior Architecture. The second phase involved renovations to the Supreme Court, Family Court, Surrogate Court, Grand Jury Rooms, Judge’s Chambers, Clerks Areas and District Attorney Offices.
