In 2007, the Joint-Venture of Bell & Spina, P.C. and CSArch, P.C. (formerly Collins & Scoville Architects) was retained to perform professional architectural services related to the reconstruction of Fowler High School. Working closely with the Joint Schools Construction Board and Gilbane Construction Management, our team has successfully completed the Facilities Assessment, Building Condition Report, Building History Report, and Building Usage Analysis. We are now proceeding with the Schematic Design Phase. Some of the scope of work identified in the Facilities Assessment includes, but is not limited to, replacement of asphalt parking lots and concrete curbing, upgrade/replacement of kitchen equipment, window/door replacement, upgrade/replacement of interior finishes (i.e. paint, carpet ceramic tile, VCT), upgrade plumbing fixtures, upgrade fire alarm control panels, masonry restoration, and a possible addition to the building.
