Bell & Spina was commissioned to conduct a study of the Court Facilities in City Hall in order to bring them into compliance with the NYS Office of Court Administrations Codes. We converted a former retail store and garage into a new Public Safety Building housing the City Police Department, including holding facilities and City Court functions.
