Bell & Spina was commissioned to prepare a report of the visual inspection of the roof conditions on 16 buildings in the North Syracuse Central School District. The resulting reports include observations broken down by roof area for each building, photographs, recommendations for repairs, maintenance, and/or replacement, and associated opinions of probable construction costs. The reports include field notes keyed to a roof plan.
