Bell & Spina, P.C. was founded in 1987 by Principals Gary Bell and Dennis Spina. Our focus has been in the design, planning, and forensic investigation of public and private facilities. Bell & Spina provides a diverse range of services to Cities, Counties, Public Schools, College and Universities, as well as Real Estate Developers and Attorneys.

Over our lifetime we have developed a specialty in Building Forensics through extensive investigation of existing buildings...their envelope and infrastructure.

Bell & Spina understands the importance of the issues recognized by the U.S. Green Building Council to promote buildings that are environmentally responsive, profitable and healthy places to live and work. We have a LEED Certified Professional on staff and our technical staff is currently preparing to take the LEED exam.
