Bell & Spina Welcomes Neil W. Garry, P.E.

The addition of Neil Garry, to the Bell & Spina team strengthens our expertise as building envelope specialists. Much of Neil's 12-year professional career as a structural engineer has focused on the many technical aspects of building envelope systems. His experience includes forensic investigations and expert witness testimony for legal firms and insurance companies.

Neil is a member of the Roof Consultants Institute (RCI) and the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC). He also serves on the ASTM International Technical Committee on "Roofing and Waterproofing", and the Committee of "Performance of Buildings." He is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology.
