Campus Master Plan/Facilities Evaluation

Bell & Spina prepared a campus-wide study to evaluate buildings and analyze spaces to assist the College in their campus master planning. The study covered space utilization, space management, existing facilities, academic planning with respect to physical space needs, project justification and description, and project prioritization. SUCF space guidelines, Division of Budget priority classifications, and other criteria provided by the Fund were used to evaluate and justify projects.
