Working as the Fair planners since 1979, Bell & Spina is constantly striving to improve the experience of the nearly 1 million people a year who attend the Fair. We annually develop a detailed plan of stand and booth locations to assist the Fair Coordinators in marketing exact parcels of land to vendors. Our services include master development plans, facility management, space programming, phase improvement and implementation plans, and administration of various design and construction projects.
