The Master Plan was a multi-phase project. Together the phases had a unified vision, but each phase operated individually so that if a future phase was undeveloped, the remaining building would not suffer functionally. Flexibility and sharing of spaces was an important consideration. Team teaching pods were proposed with separate seventh and eighth grade pods connected by a central core with shared facilities for ease of use and cost reduction.
