Space Planning Study Update

Bell & Spina performed a programming study utilizing tenant input, assessment of existing space utilization and efficiency, examination of shared ancillary spaces and consideration of desired adjacencies to provide a number of scenarios for phased implementation. These were based on recommended relocations, expansions and new construction determined by teaming with the County. Estimated construction and administration costs and potential savings for each scenario were given to the County to assist them in making well-informed decisions.
